Our refund promise.

If your Full AI Audit doesn't give you something actionable, we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no forensic audit of your store.

We'd rather return your money and learn what missed the mark than keep a dollar from a merchant who feels the Full AI Audit didn't earn it. This guarantee applies to every Full AI Audit tier.

  • 30-day window. Request a refund any time within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Full amount, no fine print. 100% of what you paid goes back to the card you used.
  • One email. A single message is all we need — no forms, no support tickets, no “reason for cancellation” dropdown.

How to request a refund

Email karim@storeaudit.app within 30 days of purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout or the scan URL, and we'll process the refund to the original payment method.

How long it takes

We issue the refund through Stripe within one business day of your request. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What about the Scan Pass?

The 24-hour Scan Pass is non-refundable. It's an add-on you buy after you've already seen your first scan and decided you want more rescans, so we consider it a utility unlock you've already taken value from. If something is broken or you were charged in error, email us anyway — we'll always make that right.

StoreAudit is a tool, not a guarantee. If the analysis doesn't give you something actionable, you shouldn't be out of pocket.
