Who you’re agreeing with

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StoreAudit, operated by Karim Abd Al Fatah (BeSpark), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using StoreAudit, you agree to these Terms.

What StoreAudit does

StoreAudit is a web-based tool that analyzes publicly accessible pages of a Shopify store URL you provide and generates an AI-readiness score, recommendations, and optional paid deliverables. The service crawls only publicly visible storefront pages, files, and metadata — the same kind of material a visitor, search engine, or AI crawler could see.

Your responsibilities

By submitting a store URL, you confirm that:

• You own the store or have explicit authorization from the owner to have it analyzed.
• The store URL you submit is a real Shopify storefront you have the right to audit.
• You will not attempt to use StoreAudit to scrape, reverse-engineer, or stress-test any website.
• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Paid scans and refunds

Full AI Audit is a one-time purchase priced by catalog size. It includes the paid audit deliverables shown at checkout and, for eligible self-serve purchases, an included follow-up rescan at the same product tier.

The 24-hour Scan Pass is a separate add-on that unlocks unlimited rescans during the pass window. It does not create a subscription or recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Our full refund policy is at storeaudit.app/refund-policy.

If a technical failure on our end prevents us from delivering your Full AI Audit results, we will initiate a full automatic refund to your original payment method. Stripe and your bank control when funds appear on your card.

No guarantees on results

StoreAudit’s scores and recommendations are generated using AI models and automated analysis of publicly visible store data. They reflect our system’s assessment at a point in time — not a guarantee of how any AI shopping assistant or search engine will actually handle your store.

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of your results, the impact of implementing our recommendations on your sales or traffic, or the behavior of third-party AI systems (ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, etc.) which are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StoreAudit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — or CAD $10, whichever is greater.

Intellectual property

Your scan results are yours. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., industry-wide scoring trends) to improve the service. We will never publish or share your store URL or individual results without your consent.

StoreAudit’s software, design, and scoring methodology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StoreAudit to submit URLs you don’t have permission to audit, attempt to overload or attack our infrastructure, scrape or systematically extract data from the service, or resell scan results as a competing product without our written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel scans, or block access for violations of these Terms.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue StoreAudit at any time with reasonable notice. If the service is discontinued while you have a valid paid scan that hasn’t been delivered, we will issue a full refund.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we’ll email you if we have your address on file. Continued use of StoreAudit after changes constitutes acceptance.
